Fresh House is considered one of the leading companies in providing healthy diet programs, through experienced and highly qualified nutrition experts at Ahmed Al Ramadan Restaurant. Fresh House offers programs with calories carefully calculated according to the needs of each customer. To achieve the best results from our programs, clients must fully commit to their nutritional plan and exercise regularly.

Before beginning any of our programs, clients are responsible for submitting all test results requested by the dietitian

Customers must fill out the registration and subscription data according to the steps described, choose meals from the attached menu throughout the subscription period, and pay the full subscription fee in advance upon completing the program selection.

*The program will be effective on the start date specified at selection.

*If customers want to sign up for the meal delivery service, daily delivery times range between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM depending on the selected delivery locations and the chosen period, keeping in mind that scheduled delivery times may vary by +/- 3 hours.

*When a meal box is delivered, meals should be stored immediately in the refrigerator. Failure to do so may affect their freshness and nutritional value

*Upon delivery of the meal box, if the customer or his representative fails to collect it in person, it will be delivered to the nearest Fresh House store from where customers can later collect their boxes.

*The meal box will not be kept in the store for more than 48 hours. Customers are not compensated for any resulting expired meals.

*Customers may control their subscription, choose meals, and temporarily suspend/stop their subscription during the period allowed for each program (which is one month for all programs). Customers are also allowed to change their delivery address or switch to another covered city within the Eastern Province or Riyadh, and also change the receiving branches. From our stores, all of this must be done 24-48 hours before 11:00 am on the day before the meal is issued, through the application, our website, or contacting customer service.

*The subscription includes a free visit to our nutritionist, which includes 3 visits per month. If you do not subscribe, there is an administrative fee for the visit amounting to (150 Saudi riyals). In areas where specialists are not available, there is online consultation available for them, and the appointment is booked by contacting us directly or by booking. Through the application or website with each customer’s account

*Customers are eligible for a refund within 3 days after starting their subscription and no refunds will be allowed after this period. While they can transfer their remaining subscription days to relatives and/or friends, the subscription cannot be canceled after 3 days from the start of the subscription except in exceptional cases, with the subscription days being deducted in addition to an amount of (250 riyals) administrative expenses. The amount paid will be refunded when canceling the subscription within 3-5 working days (transfer), with the value of the meals deducted. The value can also be added as points to the customer’s balance in his account with us to benefit from them later. This option does not include the deduction of administrative fees.

*At the end of the subscription, if the customer had previously decided to stop receiving meal boxes without notification, he will not be compensated for the period in which he did not receive the meals and must contact customer service first or control this from the application or our website at the time allowed.

*To renew the subscription, customers must make their payments at least 3 days or 2 days before the end of their active program to avoid any interruption.

* The validity of the program during the promotional event is subject only to the terms and conditions stipulated in the promotion.

*Please contact the customer service center in case of any requests, inquiries or complaints on the number 0569884978. Working hours are from Saturday to Thursday from 9 am to 9 pm and on Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. We are always ready to serve you by calling or communicating on WhatsApp every day.

Note: (*) The customer’s failure to choose a meal plan during the subscription period may result in non-delivery or incorrect receipt. Fresh House will not be responsible or liable for specific options and the customer must be aware of and adhere to the start and expiration period of his program as registered with his account.

الشروط واالحكام

يعتبر فريش هاوس من الشركات الرائدة في تقديم برامج النظام الغذائي الصحي، من خلال خبراء التغذية ذوي الخبرة والمؤهلات العالية في مطعم فريـش هاوس . يقدم فريش هاوس برامج ذات سعرات حرارية محسوبة بدقة حسب احتياجات كل عميل. لتحقيق أفضل النتائج من برامجنا، يتعين على العملاء الالتزام الكامل بخطتهم الغذائية وممارسة التمارين الرياضية بانتظام.

قبل البدء في أي من برامجنا، يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية تقديم جميع نتائج الاختبارات التي يطلبها اختصاصي التغذية.

* يتعين على العملاء ملء بيانات التسجيل والاشتراك وفق الخطوات الموضحة واختيار الوجبات من القائمة المرفقة طوال فترة الاشتراك ودفع رسوم الاشتراك كاملة مقدًما عند اكمال اختيار البرنامج .

*. سيكون البرنامج ساري المفعول في تاريخ البدء المحدد عند االختيار.

* إذا رغب العملاء في التسجيل في خدمة توصيل الوجبات / فترات التوصيـل : الفترة الصباحيـة من 8 الصباح حتى 12 الظهر و الفترة المسائيـة من 1 الظهر حتى 5 مساء , ويتـم التوصيـل بالفترة المحددة حسب خط سيـر السائق , .

* عند تسليم صندوق الوجبات، يجب تخزين الوجبات على الفور في الثلاجة. قد يؤثر عدم القيام بذلك على جودتـه وقيمتها الغذائية

*عند تسليم صندوق الوجبات، إذا فشل العميل أو من ينوب عنه في استلامه شخصًيا، فسيتم تسليمه إلى أقرب متجر فريش هاوس يمكن للعمالء الحقً الم صناديقهم من هناك.

*لن يتم الاحتفاظ بصندوق الوجبات في المتجر أكثر من 48 ساعة. ولا يتم تعويض العملاء عن أي وجبات منتهية الصالحية ناتجة عن ذلك.

*يجوز للعملاء التحكم في اشتراكهم واختيار الوجبات وتعليق/إيقاف اشتراكهم بشكل مؤقت خلال الفترة المسموح بها لكل برنامج ( وهي شهر واحد لجميع البرامج ) ويسمح للعملاء أيضا بتغيير عنوان التسليم الخاص بهم أو التبديل إلى مدينة مغطاة أخرى داخل المنطقة الشرقية او الرياض وأيضا تغيير فروع الاستلام من متاجرنا وكل ذلك يكون قبل 48 ساعة عن طريق التطبيق او موقعنا الإلكتروني او التواصل مع خدمه العملاء .

*يشمل الاشتراك زيارة اخصائيـة التغذية لدينا بصورة مجانيه حيث تشمل 3 زيارات بالشهر وفي حال عدم الاشتراك هنالك رسوم اداريه للزيارة قدرها ( 150 ريال ) وفي المناطق التي لا يتوفر بها اخصائيات تغذيـة هنالك استشارة اونلاين متوفرة لهم ويتم حجز الموعد عن طريق التواصل معنا مباشره او الحجز عن طريق التطبيق او الموقع الإلكتروني بحساب كل عميل

*العملاء مؤهلون الاسترداد مدفعاتهم خلال 3 أيام بعد بدء اشتراكهم ولن يسمح بأي مبالغ مستردة بعد هذه الفترة. بينما يمكنهم تحويل أيام اشتراكهم المتبقية إلى الأقارب و/أو الأصدقاء، ولا يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك بعد 3 أيام من بدء الاشتراك إلا في حالات استثنائية مع خصم أيام الاشتراك بالإضافة إلى مبلغ ( 250 ريال ) إداري مصاريف. سيتم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع عند إلغاء الاشتراك خلال -3 5 أيام عمل (تحويل) مع خصم قيمة الوجبات ويمكن أيضا اضافه القيمة المستحقـة في رصيد العميل كنقاط للاستفادة منها بمشتريات الفروع ولا يشمل هذا الاختيار خصم الرسوم الاإداريـة .

*عند انتهاء الاشتراك إذا كان العميل قد قرر في وقت سابق التوقف عن استلام صناديق الوجبات دون إخطار فلا يتم التعويض عن الفترة التي لم يستلم فيها الوجبات ويجب التواصل مع خدمه العملاء أولا او التحكم بذلك من التطبيق او موقعنا الإلكتروني بالوقت المسموح .

*لتجديد الاشتراك يتعين على العملاء سداد مدفعاتهم قبل 3 أيام او يومين على الأقل من نهاية برنامجهم النشط لتجنب أي انقطاع.

* تخضع صلاحيـة البرنامج أثناء حدث العروض الترويجية فقط للشروط والأحكام المنصوص عليها في العرض الترويجي.

*يرجى التواصل بمركز خدمة العملاء في حال أي طلبات او استفسارات او شكاوى على الرقم 0569884978 ساعات العمل من السبت للخميس من 9 صباحا حتى 9 مساءا ويوم الجمعة من الساعة 10 صباحا حتى 6 مساءا ونحن مستعدين لخدمتكم دوما عن طريق الاتصال او التواصل بالواتساب ويوم

ملاحظـة :(*) يتم اعتماد الخيارات المدخلة وتفعيل الاشتراك فور الدفع. فريش هاوس غير مسؤول عن أي أخطاء ناتجة مثل تاريخ البدء أو الموقع الخاطئ التي يتم إدخالها من قبل العميل .
