Freshhouse was co-founded in 2015 by Ahmed AlRamadhan and Mustafa Albuqshi — born out of a shared passion for healthy living and a belief that nutritious food should be accessible to everyone.

The initial investment for an individual unit starts from SAR 830,000, including franchise fee, training, 6 months rental, 3 months working capital, and other costs.

A typical Freshhouse unit is between 80–180 sq. meters, suitable for corporate areas, universities, fitness clubs, and residential neighborhoods.

Royalty fee of 7% of gross monthly sales. Advertising fee of 2% of monthly gross sales. Marketing fund of 1% of monthly gross sales.

Yes. For 3 units and above, the franchise fee per unit is SAR 90,000 (discounted from SAR 110,000 per unit). Master franchisees get priority territory rights.

Phase I is approximately 14–21 days at our main location. Phase II is on-site training that takes place when you commence operations at your own unit.
